The Concept
The Alula Moments Concert Series takes place in and around the ground breaking Maraya Concert Hall and stunning heritage sites that surround it in the desert canyon of the Ashar Valley.
Our Client, Live Nation Middle East, contracted us to provide robust Event Management, Talent Liaison and strategic Logistics coordination in the challenging, yet beautiful location of AlUla. The event program, run by the Royal Commission of AlUla is diverse and attracts guests from all over the world to experience these uniquely intimate events. When looking at the hospitality offering our teams considered production design and catering packages that best showcase AlUla and everything it has to offer.
Working at the stunning location of Maraya isn’t the only highlight for Far and Beyond across the concert series…
The guests at these events expect a premium experience but in the desert our team has to work hard on sourcing equipment, furniture and dressing. We work closely with local caterers to make sure that menus showcase local delicacies while accommodating individual dietary requirements.
Our teams liaise with a number of contractors including high-profile broadcasting partners who live stream the concerts globally cementing Maraya as a key venue for artists far and wide.
