The Concept
Camp Bestival is the UK's quintessential family festival, where guests gather each summer for a weekend of music, fun, and games at either Lulworth Castle in Dorset or Weston Park in Shropshire.
For three years, Far and Beyond has proudly partnered with Camp Bestival, providing comprehensive event production services. Our expertise in Event Management, Accreditation & Guestlist Coordination, Front of House Management, and Event Control ensured seamless operations across both festival sites.
In addition, our commercial teams curated & managed an exciting line-up of Food & Market Traders for all ticket-holders to enjoy! This year, we introduced a Kids Pack initiative to make the festival more affordable for families, which significantly boosted ticket sales. We also ran a backstage restaurant with bottomless brunches. Both were hugely successful, selling out at both locations and enhancing the festival experience.
