dbAccess Asia is Deutsche Bank’s largest global investor conference, held at Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, connecting large institutional investors from around the world with leading corporations from the Asia Pacific region.
Throughout the conference, Deutsche Bank hosts more than 2,500 investor meetings, in over 200 private one on one rooms, with corporate management teams. Keynote speakers have included Al Gore and Ban Ki-moon and the event also provides the opportunity for larger breakout sessions and networking.
Following the Deutsche Bank Brand Guidelines we created a series of set designs that focus on the concept of layered curved walls, graduating in height and structure. The use of digital screens helped to reflect the tech focus of this year’s conference.
Working to increase delegate engagement and networking, we developed a VR exhibition space to give companies the opportunity to showcase innovation. We also developed a bespoke conference app that all attendees could download, and designed networking areas including reading lounges and a cyber centre where delegates could download literature from industry experts. Careful management allowed us to create a slick brand experience working within strict budget controls.
