Eurovision Song Contest 2023

Liverpool hosted the 67th Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of Ukraine. Far and Beyond worked with the BBC to design two areas accommodating over 1000 hospitality, sponsor and invited guests over 9 events.

The space created a relaxed, fun atmosphere with premium packages of food and beverage. Guests were treated to some of Liverpools best live acts pre and post the main shows as well as a live feed to the main Arena on the Grand Final night.

Working to strict security arrangements around the show, the build and break schedules we meticulously worked through. Onsite a team of 30 hostess staff welcomed guests and moved them through security and between the hospitality area and the main arena.

We coordinated the 10 main sponsors requirements including guest management and all branding and sponsor placement in the space. We also facilitated several live sponsor activations.

The room design made guests feel like they were truly backstage at the world largest show with extra sprinkle of glitter and sparkle that Eurovision deserves!
